First you must register on the site - 'Create an Account' - at left. Once you receive a confirmation email you then click on API Registration on the top menu and enter your registration details plus either your EvE Full or Limited API key and UserId.
Registration gives you access to member only features of the site plus access to private sections of the forums and generally a warm gooey feeling deep down inside.....
